  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We offer free shipping.

  • We currently ship using trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Free Standard Shipping:  3–7 business days

  • Paid Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Debbies Room Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
