To process a refund or replacement, we require clear photos or videos showing the damage. Once reviewed, we’ll provide next steps. In some cases, a return may be requested for inspection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear. Damage caused by misuse or improper care is not eligible.
